WE LIVE IN A BIG, WIDE WORLD.
FROM FAR TO NEAR – represents the shrinking of distance between two people. Their initial meeting, the time they spent getting to know one another, they falling in love with each other, and they making a commitment to spend the rest of their lives together, represents two people narrowing the distance between them.
FROM FAR TO NEAR – also describes their respective journeys. While they met in a small city in Australia, they both grew up in big cities in Asia, nearly 2,000 kilometres apart. Our couple had to travel almost 9,000 kilometres from their homes and their families to meet each other. Along the way, they forged new relationships with new friends and new family.
FROM FAR TO NEAR – also represents the journey of these friends and family to their wedding in Penang, Malaysia. It is an acknowledgement of the gratitude in their hearts to all of them who travelled from nearby and from afar to spend this special day with them. They believe that in this big, wide world, they are brought nearer together and made to feel closer together by their relationships with those around them. They are privileged to be able to say that their journey FROM FAR TO NEAR has been wonderful.
STORM WEDDING …the Feeling’s on the day of the wedding:
Their day flew by. While a storm rolled through at an unfortunate time, some of their plans were not able to pan out, but the patience and understanding of their guests, the quick response and exceptional effort from DIGIMAX’s team , wedding planner, photographers, and the lonepine staff, reminded them that everyone was there to help them have a happy experience. You may watch from our video a lot of touching emotions -everyone who witnessed their vows and shared the laughters at their wedding…
“You reminded us that life can be unpredictable and it is who you spend it with which determines whether each moment is a sad one or a happy one” – The emotions of the day is important for us captured the moments. We were so worries about that….but Everything turn up fine , our cheerful and positive bride, Jingjing didn’t shed a tear that day because of the storm and heavy rain, it was hard to not be disappointed about not having a lot of the things she had prepared for over year. It was you, everyone who was there, that put smiles on her face throughout the whole wedding.
Our positive thing bride told us after the wedding …
” it was a heartbreaking 10 minutes. Sitting in the make-up room, clearly hearing the crazy storm outside but couldn’t check out what’s happening outside, you don’t know how nervous I was. The storm vanished a lot of things I have planned for the last one year. There was no gazebo, no photo booth, no kids corner, no balloons releasing at the beach, and many more. However, we had friends and relatives who care about us and are loved by us to share the day with us, especially Marcus’s grandma, everyone there made the whole event memorable and happy, like it would be. ”
Here’s couple love story:
Jingjing and Marcus met in a small city in Australia, in a shopping centre bearing its name, the Canberra Centre. Marcus was a public servant at the time, and Jingjing was studying to be an accountant. He went to buy lunch one afternoon and she was working at the sandwich bar downstairs. Their relationship began over a chicken caesar roll, toasted. As they got to know each other, Marcus realised that Jingjing is the happiest, kindest and most humble woman he’d ever met. She is a great listener, has a wonderful sense of humour,
and always laughs at his jokes. Marcus loved talking, and was a lousy comedian,so that worked in his favour. He sometimes seemed cocky, but Jingjing knew that he is considerate and kind-hearted. It was 9 years ago on the same day as the wedding, 8 August 2006, that they formally began their journey together. Jingjing and Marcus spend most of their time together trying new restaurants, sometimes travelling the world, and often waiting for Jingjing to finish shopping.

This couple, Dr Jey and Dr Kit is the total opposite. Dr Jey, a tall dark and handsome, a gem of a person. Dr Kit, a bubbly and sweet, fine lady, always making everyone around her happy. Shooting their pre-wedding video was so fun! They have requested to do a behind the scene video during their pre-wedding photography shoot.
Both of them showed us that love has no boundaries. “Don’t ever give up your love no matter what the circumstances “that’s what they both believe and hold true to their hearts. Its our privillege to capture such a genuine love that they both have for each other.
We truly loved to work with this two lovely and stunning couple.. As what Dr Kit had said in the video,

Our celebrated couple had their Solemnization at Masjid Kapitan Keling followed by Bollywood theme mehendi night at Dewan Sri Pinang and end with the fairy tales wedding at Moral Uplifting Society.
The Mehndi function is a mix of Bollywood and Moroccan style. Wedding is “ ONCE IN A LIFETIME” event. Bride enjoyed the most during her wedding preparation was Shopping! Both bride and groom together with their family went for purchasing at India. Bride and groom change two attire for the mehndi functions. The gorgeous bride wore blue bridal lengha and orange anarkali suits with jewelry while dashing groom donning velvet nehru jacket with shirt and a sleeveless Nehru jacket over a Kurta matching with the bride dress colour.
It was colourful and ethnic, There were place where the henna lady was applying the henna to the guests. The hall decorations includes a swing decorated with marigold, colourful draped backdrop for the stage, pillows, candles, Moroccan lantern and etc. It was definitely an amazing night filled with love, laughter, joy and fun.

It’s really do come true for this beautiful couple ASYIKIN & ARMAN. Like any other women, it was the bride’s childhood dream to have a fairy tales wedding. Her favorite character inspired her to dream that one day, she will meet her prince charming and live happily ever after. So when she finally met the love of her life and he proposed to her , she could not be happier. Their lifetime of magical moments together begins here.
They have known each other for 6 years before tie the knot. Love begins in a time, grows over time and last for eternity.
The bride plan for over a year to make her dream wedding comes true. She wanted to include some Cinderella touches into the wedding. This was translated into various item of her wedding, such as her dreamy yet dramatic ballgown, sparkly slipper shoes, castle type 5 tier wedding cake, crystal handmade brooch hand bouquet, the decoration of the stage,entrance and hall also inspired by Cinderella’s. Last but not least, The Cinderella Horse Carriage. It was a reception to be remembered lifelong.

The minutes i step into the horse carriage, my heart leaped, i feel like entering the magical world. It was cloudy with some drizzling rain outside. As we begin the ride, motorists had to take a second look to make sure they were not dreaming when they saw a horse-drawn Cinderella carriage trundling from Penang Turf Club to Wedding Hall. Some of them stop by to take pictures and video. I was enchanted by the moments.

Today we are proud to be Mr. and Mrs. Arman ! First and foremost thanks my mom. She is the one who helped us pull off this amazing wedding! Without her our dream wedding wouldn’t come true. A big thank you goes out to the Digimax Productions for a job well done. We are completely blown away by the quality of the videos. They are amazing and we can’t stop looking at them. You guys captured all the key moments brilliantly ! Sincere thanks again to Mr. Lee and Ms. Low who are so energetic and passionate about what they do.

And not to forget, thank you so much Roots by Melting Bites (mimiekerm ) for the beautiful cake. It tasted perfect just as it looked. And caterer by Shahabee for such delicious food.
All in all, it was a fun filled weekend laced with lots of laughter, booze and bonding sessions and we are so glad to have shared the most special weekend in our lives with all of those who made it to our wedding.

This Next Day Edit video highlight was premiered during their grand reception at Pg Reception on 04 July 2015 and KL Reception on 11 July 2015. They fixed a huge LED screen on the stage premiered this video like cinema showtime, all their relatives and friends enjoyed watching to the max.
After premiering this wedding highlight, we received a thunderous applause and standing ovation from the audience. Especially Prakash & Ruben’s family members and friends came over to us personally thanking us and feeling greatly satisfied with our performance and our efforts.

At traditional Chinese weddings, Tea Ceremony is an equivalent of exchange of vows at a western wedding ceremony. This official ritual is still widely practiced at modern Chinese weddings on the wedding day, either at home or at the reception.
On the day of the wedding, the groom sets out to the bride’s home, and he will inevitably be blocked at her door by her friends, and the bridesmaids will play door game with the groom and his attendants. The bride and groom will then leave her home and proceed to meet the groom’s parents for Tea Ceremony. The wedding date ceremony ends with a feast which features elaborate Chinese wedding food.
Although it was a simple wedding but we managed to capture a lot couple’s natural emotions and a lot their closed relatives’s candid shot . Come on…. Enjoy the beautiful celebration captured, feel the live scene, feel the happiness, feel the most blissful moment of them..

We were privelleged to cover the engagement of Gaithry Devi & Kaalidass at Sree Maha Mariamman Vevasthanam Temple, Bagan Luar, Butterworth.
Sree Maha Mariamman Devasthanam Temple is a Hindu temple in Jalan Tokong Lama, Bagan Luar, Butterworth ,Penang, Malaysia. It is in fact the biggest and probably oldest Hindu temple in Butterworth
It’s Simply splendid – The temple sanctified in grand style with fine workmanship adorning the temple’s exterior and interior. The temple spent RM1.2mil in renovation before carrying out the consecration of the 162-year-old temple recently.
According to Hindu traditions, the engagement ceremony is done a few months before the marriage. This ceremony is a formal announcement of the impending marriage and the start of the planning for the big event. The couple exchanges the wedding rings and the ceremony ends with best wishes and blessings from all the attendees.

Story began here :-
It was the day Jagindran and Ashwini tied their knot at the St. Christopher’s Church in Johor Bahru. It was a day filled with brightness, colours, warmth, smiles and laughter and the best ambience one could ever experience.
The bridegroom was dressed in his most elegant champagne coloured suit while his beautiful bride was in a signature wedding gown featuring a timeless ball gown silhouette. Her well-arranged hand bouquet certainly added colours to the day. The bride and the groom were accompanied by six gorgeous and handsome bridesmaids and groomsmen.
They agreed the ceremony was their favourite part of the day. In a hall decorated with various flowers following the theme colours; fuchsia pink and yellow. The beautifully decorated church was housed by about 500 loved ones. Christian songs were sung by the praise and worship team. The most amazing moments of their lives were captured and will always remain in their memories and hearts; the exchange of the wedding vows and rings.
That very evening, their wedding was completed with an exquisite and grand wedding reception. The event was filled with amazing stage performances and music and was hosted by the bride’s bestie, Ms. Reenah and her sister Ms. Kaveeina. The grand ballroom was sophisticatedly decorated with its beautiful chandeliers and other stylish lightings. It was a reception to be remembered lifelong.
This marriage was designed by God, sealed with His blessings and beautifully graced by their loved ones. A sincere promise made by Jagindran&Ashwini to be cherished for eternity will be lingering in everyone’s hearts who were present on that day and that’s the day they realised that dreams do come true for those who wait and trust in the LORD.
