Where do I even begin? Mr Lee and Ms Low without a question, the best videographers one could ask for. Their work is absolutely breathtaking! We just wanted to say a huge thank you for the fantastic job you both did with our wedding video. We absolutely love it and have watched it so many times already. You guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with from day one and your professionalism and unobtrusive filming style was exactly what we wanted. It’s been sometime but never too late to write something about this team. We had an amazing team at our engagement. It was not about the hours of shoot but our satisfaction is what mattered the most to them. We were so happy with how our video turned out. While looking out for wedding videographers, we were looking out for someone who could bring out the life of our wedding day. Went through several videographer’s portfolio across facebook, insta and youtube and found this dream team on youtube. From the initial convos to the actual event, they were so well connected with us! All details and emotions were captured beautifully!
And at the end of it we received our video that was of top quality and so promptly! The edits were done so well! Watched our highlight several times and still not bored of it. Heh. Moments that we can re-live in many more years to come.

' We were impressed with your service from the get go...prompt replies, and every time satisfying all of our queries. And when the big day was nearing,we felt assured when you made the effort to contact us first and even more so when we received your enthusiastic phone call when we were in Penang. It was just such a pity that we were not able to find time to meet up with the both of you before our wedding, it would have been nice to get to know you better. What's even more surprising was that even without prior meeting, everything still went swimmingly well. The super husband and wife team!!
You were so warm, funny, yet very professional on the day, putting us and all the guests at ease. You guys know when to make yourselves scarce when necessary and still being able to capture all those candid shots. Dear Mr Lee and Ms Low,
Yup, I know this testimonial is loooooong overdue. It is exactly one year today and I was watching our wedding video and you guys totally managed to do what you are supposed to do: Relive the whole moment. It just feels like as if it was only yesterday.

First of all, I have to say that both of you are so professional all the way, from the moment I called you till we received the wedding videos. Prasath and I were very impressed on the details you asked about the event, making us feel comfortable to know that you guys will do your job well. Videography was one thing I was not worried about on our big day.

Ms Low, thank you so much for your relaxing words when I used to send you emails panicking and getting stressed out. Being so far away and planning the whole wedding was getting on to me but you managed to make me keep my cool even though we have never met before then.

As I was watching our video again today, I have to admit that every single thing you have captured; the laughter, the smiles, the funny and cute faces, the memories are all being relived. The small details and the camera angles are just impressive. And we were also able to view the moments when we were not there. And what I am surprised about is, even though we had so many people coming to wish us on stage, you somehow have most of our close friends in the highlight video. I don’t know how you did it, but it is like you knew who our close friends are, which is really really impressive.

And Ms Low, you are one energizer bunny! You were so full of energy even when nearing the end of the event. Frankly we were just so tired but you kept on going on making us smile and laugh and you were so chirpy. Thanks to you, we are all smiley faces in the videos and photos even towards the end of the event.

Both my WiFeY and myself can never feel any greater than the way the Digimax Production team had projected us within such a short time as we had to take the shoots at various locations while race against weather and locations. Thank you for all your patience, grace, good judgment and incredible planning. As soon as we met in December, you put both Nitya and I totally at ease. It has been an exciting year for both of us, not only were we preparing our clinic setup but also getting ready to experience parenthood. I have tried many times to start the ball rolling but always tied up with clinic and personal stuff to do. Thus made it a point, to not procrastinate and start an acknowledgement letter to our good friends, Mr. Lee and Ms. Low of Digimax.

We both had a hectic 2013, as we were busy preparing all the necessary “ do’s and don’ts” for our big day. We searched for an exciting and talented videographer to capture each moment of our special day. My wife recommended Digimax, as she had experienced their services for her brother’s wedding the previous year. I wasn’t keen at first due to the distance of their location from KL and the communication to be involved to finalize the event. But finally, I agreed on her choice.

It wasn’t “love” at our first meeting as I preferred to get the details sorted out as soon as possible and not forgetting the financial aspect too. Therefore, our first meeting between Mr. Lee and I was OK only… We both are business minded people I guess . Ms. Low was the chirpy character like my wife and taking her time to explain what needed to be done.I walked out of the studio, with a disgruntled feeling as I felt this team effort would not materialize but my wife pacified me and said “They are good at what they do” and so our story began.

In a few months, my disbelief soon disappeared and it became clearer that this two talented individuals will do whatever it takes to make our wedding moments captured in an awesome fashion.

Finally, the big day arrived. As nervous I was, so was my wife but everything went on smoothly as there were no posing or to brace and hold ourselves for a shoot. It was all done in a natural and unique way so that the experience we felt was not cut short or lost. Tiring as the day went by and finally it was the closing of our reception. There were no tears of sadness but rather joy as everyone contributed in making our special day a success. Mr. Lee and Ms. Low repeatedly produced a magnificent partnership and captured everything in detail as we imagined from dawn till night.

What hit me on a note, was even though our wedding and their itinerary was completed, they both took the extra effort to do a special capture of our wedding rings early next morning in our honeymoon suite. That is something not many talented and gifted videographers will do. So thank you Digimax for going the extra mile to do this special footage for us.

Last but not least, my wife and I feel honoured to have acquired the services of Digimax and Mr. Lee and Ms. Low for without which none of these would be possible. There is a saying, "A picture is worth a thousand words". To top it all, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer duo of videographers. The both of you really complement each other and work exceptionally well as a team. I still remember booking you from thousands of miles away! I think your jovial personalities definitely made everyone feel at ease. Also, all our relatives and friends were impressed and said that they never felt pushed aside when they were taking photographs and videos of the wedding.

We really appreciate the way you worked around everyone else to make them feel comfortable too! I certainly think what Digimax has is beyond videography skills… lots of other videographers may claim that they have similar skills and experience. However, what you have as an unparalleled strength is your pure passion, energy, and love for videography;  taking into account small details which are important for a couple… and then stringing it all together!
