For Fahad and Maryam, it was love at first glance…or shall I say love at first “friend request”. Well, the story begins about a decade ago, when he spotted her across the room at a family friend’s get-together, and instantly drawn to her. Unable to meet, and by a twist of fate years later they get to know each other in Facebook. Through thick and thin, with lots of ups and downs, the crying and sad goodbye of long distance relationships, their love story continues to blossom for almost six years before she finally say “I do” and he got to say “Aku terima nikahnya”. And so their story begins.
A love story..till Jannah ~ In celebrating the beginning of a wonderful life together, the “Akad Nikah” was held at the beautiful Kapitan Keling Mosque, followed by a simple yet fabulous wedding reception at the Alam Indah Banquet Hall, filled with love, fun, and laughter of family and friends.
DIGIMAX would like Thanks to our couple’s family members & friends for their kindness and fully cooperation has helped to keep our operation running smoothly. The wedding cinema featuring our main stars of the day, Dr Nasirah & Fahad.
It was a wonderful experience for DIGIMAX in shooting the wedding of Fahad and Nasirah.
The couple and the family really wanted to create a memorable video of the wedding and was so much fun to shoot with. It is indeed a tale of two countries as the name of the album goes by Fahad is from Coonnor Tamil Nadu & Nasirah is from Penang. By Profession Nasirah is a Doctor and Fahad is an Engineer works in USA
From the Mehandi event till the end of Reception it was a joyfull and emotional event for two days.
The house was well decorated with lights in the form of Arabian Tents. And the firework show was a treat for the eyes.
Nikkah was at Masjid Kapitan Keling, Penang which is a beautiful piece of Architecture and the decoration was also neat so the emotions got a better coverage than the decoration.
The couple were dressed up in the Native Malay Costume which suited them very well.
The kids were all in the same shiny color dress and cooperative in front of the camera.
Following the wedding, reception was at Prangin Mall, Penang.
The highlight of the event was the entry of the couple in a Chariot which was driven through the roads of Penang. Even the Chrioteer was in his own style.
It was a slightly drizzling evening but that added beauty to the frame.
The bride was dressed up in a Lehanga, custom made from a famous Botique in Mumbai, India.
The bridegroom was on perfect fit in a Suit which was also custom made from Chennai, India.
The bridesmaids were Nasirah’s school friends and the Groomsmen were Fahad’s childhood friends who made all their way from India for the wedding.
This occasion wouldn’t have been this grand success but for the arrangements of Nasirah and Fahad’s Family members who need a special mention here.
The ending was a very creative one where all generations of friends and family members put their effort to make this wedding a joyful memorable one.

They start as a stranger, friend, fiance and finally as a married couple. Now at this moment nothing could even change how much they meant to each other.
They always want love that will say “Not even death will do us apart. Because we will be reunited in Jannah. Ins sha Allah.”
This memorable days contains three day events – Akad Nikah was held at Masjid Negeri Pulau Pinang and followed by bride reception with Bollywood theme at Moral Uplifting Hall and the decor with garden theme at Penang Chinese Town Hall to welcome as many family members & friends to share in our happiness.
