Our celebrated couple had a traditional Indian muslim Wedding, Akad Nikah at The heritage building – The Kapitan Keling Mosque is one of the best known mosque that built in the 19th century by Indian Muslim traders in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. Followed by Mehndi Night (Malam Berinai) and next day, a grand reception was held at Moral Uplifting Hall with 400 round tables to welcome as many family and friends came from all around the world were feast to join the bride and groom in celebrating the beginning of a wonderful life together.
Here’s the write up from our lovely bride….story began :-
Although we both share the same grandparents, we were like stranger for 12 years…that’s long enough…! Nobody knows the reason behind the 12 years…it was merely shyness which restricted us from talking to each other. Everything was over when you said…yes…!! to my dad…without thinking a second…
My total confusion was over that second itself…i was floating in the air…
Next was my turn to say…yesss…& finally, i agreed to get married to my lovely hubby whom was a stranger for the past. We fell in love that moment…the very first love for both of us. Texting…chatting…rose bouquets…gifts…wishes…all blossoms from that very special day that i said yes!…
Lastly, we got married on an auspicious day traditionally yet in a modern way…
On the day of nikah, we were excited…happy…nervous…joyful…
Tears rolled up my cheeks as both the person who held me for the entire life will be changed…my mom & dad…
One moment, one look and one word changed everything. A wedding is a most auspicious occasion. That two people have found each other and are willing to commit to spend their lives together is nothing short of a miracle. This event is a time of unparalleled joy. These are time when they mark their relationship to life. Here, they celebrate the beginning of the forming of a new family. Congratulations to the lovely couple. With couple fully cooperation has helped to keep our operation running smoothly. Besides, both their family members kindness and co-operation, especially during the solemnization / akad nikah. Without any interruption, it gave us such a warm feeling of happiness capturing a wide range of emotions and reactions from everybody on this wonderful day. That’s the outcome, they will have. The grand reception was held at Straits Quay Convention Centre (SQCC), Tanjong Tokong with 180 round tables to welcome as many family and friends came from all around the world were feast to join the bride and groom in celebrating the beginning of a wonderful life together.
The event co-ordinator special arranged 4 projection screen surrounding premiered this Next day Edit Akad Nikah & Mehendi’s video highlight at this grand and glamorous wedding reception in SQCC, the premiered like a Cinema show time. All their relatives and friends enjoyed watching to the max.
We love to filming their events as everybody was having a good time starts from Sangeet Night, Akad Nikad, Mehndi Night and till the final event, the reception at SQCC. If there was one word to describe this wedding, it would be BEAUTIFUL. We especially loved filming this wedding because you could feel the joy and love that radiated from everyone present.

Our celebrated couple had a traditional Indian muslim Wedding, Akad Nikah at Masjid Jamek Hashim Yahaya Perak Road followed by Mehndi Night (Malam Berinai). The transparent canopies and unique ideas of decorated with fairy lights surrounding around the house made the night view more grand and stunning. This canopies set up took our breath away. OMG we LOVE the clear tent. You can dance under the stars!!!
