The Wedding Ceremony – they exchanged their vows in an extravagant, yet intimate Catholic Church at our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Ipoh, Malaysia, followed by a fabulous wedding reception at Royal Perak Golf Club, Ipoh, Perak. Ipoh is the capital of Perak and is known to be one of the very historical places in Malaysia. It is home to the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes which has an equally historical story. The church’s humble beginnings started during the early 19th century. This Colonial style church with simple and elegant grounds seems a favorite spot for wedding pictures and video.

“I love being married. It’s so great to find one special person you want to annoy for the rest of your life” – that was a funny statement from the Bride. Yeah let me introduce this cheeky couple Naveen & Prethy.
Their love travelled from North to South with lots of up’ s and down’ s. But this is their destiny full of love, excitement and happiness.
Their love clicked in KL under the same employer. She proposed him with these words “would you allow me to share your initial?” One moment he kept quiet then said “wait till tomorrow”. The sun rises and her inbox were full of his messages saying “I was shy when you proposed me but I love you deep in my heart, never leave me apart”. There started their journey and now the knot is tied in front of two families and witnessed by friends & relatives.
The entire wedding had so much happiness and sorrows but the patience from the Bride to the Groom and to the family and relatives we’re outstanding. Definitely all marriages will have the ups & downs but it stays in people’s heart how they run the show. This marvellous wedding did a great job from start till end and for sure the credit goes to the families of the Bride & Groom. Thank you for having us to capture this wonderful day, it’s our pleasure.

One moment, one look and one word changed everything. A wedding is a most auspicious occasion .Originally, Islamic solemnization is very simple and straight to the point. All you need is a ‘wali’ (guardian), 2 witnesses, a small amount of ‘mahar’ (dowry) and/or a ring with a small dinner ‘walimah’ (celebration). Now, additional wedding gifts and dowry are expected. Usually ‘akad nikah’ is done the night before the big ‘walimah’ but sometimes, it can squeezed in a day. Bride and groom is officially married after this ceremony. . Our celebrated couple had a traditional Indian muslim Wedding, Akad Nikah at The heritage building – The Kapitan Keling Mosque is one of the best known mosque that built in the 19th century by Indian Muslim traders in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. Followed by small gathering dinner at United Muslim Association (U.M.A) Hall, Transfer Road, Penang, Georgetown and next day, a grand reception was held at Moral Uplifting Hall to welcome as many family and friends came from all around the world were feast to join the bride and groom in celebrating the beginning of a wonderful life together.
